This Food and Drug Administration site contains the Good Guidance Practices Database that contains documents relating to the design, production, manufacturing, and testing of regulated products. It also include medical device reporting information, electronic product radiation control information (including lasers and diagnostic x-ray equipment),safety alerts, premarket approvals for specific devices, standards, etc. Another source for safety alerts is the FDA’sMedWatch site.
